Does anybody know of a good one? I've found healingbeats.com, but I'm wondering if anybody knows of a better forum.

Why would someone need a forum for Brain Entrainment? Just make it. Isn't that enough? What's so special about talking about it.

Here: from my experiences, the best brainwave frequency is right between theta and alpha. Theta is great for relaxation and alpha for concentration.

I know this is an old post now but just thought I would add that I've found the forum at http://www.stevepavlina.com to have some good discussions on brainwave entrainment. If you are just looking for some good info though http://www.binauralbeatsonline.com has some great articles and reviews on brainwave entrainment products.
