I will be holding a class primarily on your own energy. On sensing your energy and controlling it and not outside energy. The more the merrier, and if you absolutely cant make it logs will be posted. It will happen at 9:00 PM CST, which is 10 pm EST, 8 pm MST, and 7 pm PST. I do not know about foreign time zones though, sorry. Hope you can make it.
