This is just a bit of common sense that I condered up tonight. Where does all physical energy come from? why the sun of course. Sure you can leech from people and the energy will require little to no conversion or special manifesting. But I'm sure you don't want to be leeched so why do it to others? Anyways if you want to expand your energy capacity then go outside on a sunny day and absorb the radiation of the sun. Do not think about the heat, break the heat down its lowest level (quantas) and reconstruct it to Psionic energy. This is energy direct from the sun, the atmosphere of the earth keeps you safe from much of the suns radiation, but take heed, if you open yourself up too much you will be overwhelmed and you will pass out without a hint. Don't look at the sun just chill under it and think about it. You can even day dream and see yourself touching it (dont actually try this) and its energy flowing through you. You will however have to do some work upon this energy. This is not liketaking heat from the air in your house. The suns beams will have many distracting elements and energies. You have pick out carefully what you want. The suns energy is quite abundant, the sun does not run out of energy or "bandwith" you can download as fast as you want, <<< be carful. The sun has a distinctive energy sig. When you walk outside you not only feel its heat but you naturally fee its presence. So with a little subconscious exertion you obtain the suns absolute and gain access to incredible energy. Just work away at absorbing and converting to workable psi energy, you will become more efficient over time and the suns power will directly charge you even before you walk out side.
